1. Returns – What You Can Return

  • You can return an item only if it is damaged, broken, or not what you ordered.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photo or video proof showing the issue.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Send an email to sales@theskymart.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a short note about the problem.
  • We will review your request and guide you on the next steps.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item or damaged), we will cover the return shipping.
  • For other returns, the customer may need to pay the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund.
  • Refunds are given to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Some items cannot be returned, such as used items, personal care items, or customized products.
